• The App allows you to take or upload pictures of your face for the purpose of generating physiognomy reports.
• All photos you provide are encrypted and securely stored in the cloud.
• You can delete any or all photos at any time directly from the App. When you delete one of your reading, all associated pictures are deleted.

Face Data and Physiognomy Analysis

Types of Face Data Collected:

• We collect facial images that you provide by taking a photo or uploading one within the App. From these images, we compute a face landmarks map, which consists of coordinate points identifying key facial features necessary for physiognomy analysis.

Purpose of Data Collection and Use:

• Your facial images and landmarks are used exclusively to generate physiognomy readings based on your facial features. We do not use your face data for any other purpose such as advertising, profiling, or biometric identification.

Data Storage and Sharing:

• All facial images are encrypted during upload and securely stored on Amazon S3 servers, a trusted cloud storage provider. The face landmarks data is processed internally and is not shared with any third parties. We do not sell, trade, or disclose your face data to external entities.

Data Retention:

• We retain your facial images and physiognomy data for up to 12 months to allow you to access your readings during this period. After 12 months, your data will be securely and permanently deleted. You may also request deletion of your face data at any time through the App or by contacting us.

User Consent:

• By uploading photos or taking pictures within the App, you provide explicit, informed consent for the collection and processing of your face data solely for physiognomy analysis. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which will result in deletion of your data.

Your Rights:

• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your face data at any time. For more information, please see the “Your Rights (EU GDPR Compliance)” section of this Privacy Policy.

Other data

• The App does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) unless voluntarily provided by you.
• We do not track, store, or share any other sensitive personal data beyond the photos you upload.
